Me again,
mine was last done by the JGM himself, but most mappers travel the country chasing work. Your "nearest" is Andrew Carr, who I've mentioned before. He has extracted 285 bhp from a WRX, but as you say 260 bhp is safe as houses, and closer to the JDM spec cars we don't get over here.
Eight years here to (STI) currently around 400 bhp, but needs a re-map to suit the turbo.
