Mine used to be a daily driver covering about 14-16k a year, but has become a weekend toy now with the odd trip to work once or twice a week. I use the wifes Polo now but it does lack a bit of punch with just a 65bhp 1.2 lump. To tell the truth i dont take it out that often on the weekends either as usually i have the little boy with me and wont drive it the way i would like to. Plus we end up in packed car parks on most weekends and i cant live with parking the scoob next to some door dinger!! If we are off for a run up Brecon to get an icecream it comes out of the box though if only at a sedate pace

how many of you use your scoobies on a daily basis 
i drive my impreza everyday to work and back and run around in it on the weekend 
now i know some of our members cars here in wales are SUPERB 
KJD MK1 for an example 
but i would like to know how many of us are using them as daily drivers

wow thats quite alot of us running our scoobie on a daily basis thats shocked me i thought it would be far less than that ....what with the cost of petrol these days

mine and pauls scoobs are just for fun, shows and runs but as the van been off the road as paul just hasnt had the time to finish it off we been using the scoobs. if the weather is nice he will take the R1 to work. wont mind driving the van when it's dont with the power it should be pulling hehe

I am lucky got a company car...and As Of friday bought the mrs a VW bora tdi to use for work when she starts back to after the holidays and for running about with the kids
.. she is teaching and dont want all the kids around the scoob in there breaktime... so the car is all tucked up in the garage now...!!
