Exactly, hence this thread.
Better to upgrade at the same time I believe, two birds with one stone.

Do a search on BCs over on MLR and you probably won't consider it anymore. It would appear they are cheap for a reason, quality or lack of.

Erm.
I did.
Mainly praise from what I found:
http://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?t=265513
http://www.lancerregister.com/showth...ht=bc+coilover

The latter thread is 34 pages long - first 4 pages nothing but good reports...
The odd complainer but it sounds like in general they're well received.

One bad one here:
http://www.lancerregister.com/showth...ht=bc+coilover

BUT.....the majority of the complaints were in regards to the rears knocking, which has now apparently been resolved by a rubber OEM-style top-mount.
That's why I ordered a set from Apex...

Exactly where mine came from, along with the updated OEM mounts. See these are all teething issues that have been resolved, BC hadn't been doing them as long as Tein, so to me it shows they are a going places company.

Nothing but praise for the BC's, apex got stuff designed and manufactured to solve the noise issues within a few months of the complaints. Other companies don't seem bothered. Even ohlins, KW etc still have noise issues.

I'm syill using pillowball mounts on the rears-an early adopter you see, and I don't mind the odd noise- and after over a year I'm still a happy bunny.

BC's everyday!
