Get your mates round and roll that b!tch over out of the way.

It only took 4 of us to spin a fiesta 90degreees in a parking space which had the driver stuck for a good 45mins!

That or burn it.

lol I dont want yellow lines thanks You dont need lines to be painted to make it an offence to block an occupied driveway. The penalty is ticketing and removal of the car so to no recourse lol.

Dear work, I am going to be 3 weeks late for work today while I wait for the local authorities to plan, and paint yellow lines across my driveway under the car thats dumped there haha.
The matter is in hand

lol I guess if I burn it I can sweep it out the way later lol.

My favorite at the mo is, to lift the car enough to push it over the island just in front of it, which is higher than the sump

You still can. Would be just over a hundred quid.
Phone up some of the cars wanted ads in the local papers. Someone will give 50 quid for it.

I find it annoying when people park over the drive. If it happened when I needed to go out, I'd have no hesitation smashing a window to release the handbrake. Luckily I haven't had to do it, yet!

Just got told the car is still there, so obviously it does not look like the owner is coming back for it. Lets see once all the commuters have left the area this evening, and if its still there I think the best option is to call the police to have it removed as im not sure if the owners of the other 2 cars can get off the drive yet.

Looks snazy its quite simple.

Hook up your two huskies to the front of said car, tow the **** out of at least a mile down the road. Park it so badly that it gets a Police aware sticker and gets towed.

You get your driveway back and the dogs get a walk

They would probably rip the front off the car lol. I like the idea of them getting exercise the easy way. Hmmmm decisions decisions.

Irritating isnt it. Not looking forwards to the new high occupancy house going up next door when they build it. We dont struggle for parking thanks to a large driveway, but cant stand ignorant people.

There was a lovely space for them to park/dump it in, but they chose across the drive. So fingers crossed the space behind where it is will be available on my return tonight.

Either way, even thought I got off the drive its still in an unsatisfactory place, and needs moving.

Last person to leave a car like that left it with slight right lock on, and found their car the next day at 45 degrees in the middle of the road.

Just checked, still no lines lol
Thats the way to leave it Snazy!

Im sure if the need arises I will think of something sensible to do about it. At the end of the day as long as its not causing issues for me or the neighbours, im happy with it.

lol I like it.
Sadly though im not sure if the driver has any intentions of returning to their car. So at this point it would be a waste of a tshirt lol.

Dont want to put it somewhere it will cause others harm or inconvinience either.

Maybe another call to the popo is the way to go. Would like their car impounded, that way if they want it they have to part with cash.

The car will be stolen, owner on holiday so not aware that its nicked, so not reported stolen. Old bill and the local council wont give a monkeys about it. Wait till late and get some friends to push it out into the middle of the road. Bet the old bill get it taken away then when its obstructing the public highway.....

If it has no registered keeper then they should have towed it away and crushed it after all no keeper no insurance.

To move it you should have smashed the window, took the handbrake off and moved it, after all if it has no owner how can you get into trouble for damaging it.

mate, they're taking the **** and you need to take action.
Luckily, I am here, you might want to consider breaking into the car and planting a toy gun in your victim's car. Then call the police and anonomously report that you saw a suspicious armed person in the area, and give the vehicle's description and location. A variation of this would be to plant baggies full of phony drugs. Probably the best one would be to put a couple of gas cylinders on the back seat, together with a copy of the koran. My money is that with any (or even all of) these would mean the car not staying for long.

HTH,
astraboy.

Are you back on the drive?

If you are, push the dumped car back so it is blocking it and then phone up and report it, hopefully this time getting it towed away.

Yup i managed to get back on obviously because it's the only way they can do anything. Have called them twice now, first woman didn't have a clue what she was talking about, second guy far more helpful. Fingers crossed.

Technically it's causing an obstruction and committing an offence by blocking my exit. Probably right about keeper etc, but still hoping they will lift it.

Sadly no registered keeper does not constitute an offence. It could be between keepers, in trade, or dodgy lol. It IS showing on MID as insured and taxed according to the windscreen and PNC.

Yes, it is an offense and its causing you an obstruction, but not the police. Thats why they wont move it. If its in the middle of the road then its causing them an obstruction and they will do something about it. Its almost the same as fly-tipping, if its dumped on your drive its your problem, but if its dumped on the M25

No no the police were more than happy to get it towed earlier, but as I could not wait about I tried to move it and moved it just enough to get the car out. If I had waited they estimated 2 hours before they could tow it. Just need to ticket it for causing an obstruction then they can remove it. No registered keeper gives them a little more clout.

The dirty little ****** slag that owns it just showed up. Full of abuse and mouth about why had her car been moved, how she didn't realise that she parked across a driveway as it was late when she parked and full of any excuse why it was not her fault. Next time, I pay pikeys to trash it.

Some sh*tbag chav parked across my drive once as I came out to get into my car. I said that he couldn't leave it there as I was going out. I got the "I'm only nipping to the shop for 5 mins so you'll have to wait". I decided to let it go - just as my mate turned up in a Discovery - with a tow rope in the boot.
One minute later the car was neatly placed in the middle of the road. Ten minutes later chav returned and I got a "what the fu*k have you done with my car, I'm gonna blah blah ........ you......... " etc etc. My 6'2", 18 stone mate gets out of the Disco and says "do you have a problem with me moving your car?" Chav goes quiet, looks at his feet, says "no", climbs into car and drives off hiding beneath the steering wheel. Priceless.
