Absolutely love Evo's, and will eventually own one in the future. The only ones that attract me are 5 through to 9 (old ones look too dated and the X looks crap). Love yours, especially with the carbon extras. Enjoy it!

That sir is.....................one stunning car.

Thought about going across to the dark side myself for a 8 FQ340 BUT SEEING THIS.......I think it would have to be a 9.

How do you rate it back to back to the Scoob?

Thanx mate. If I'm truthfully honest, the evo 9 is better than any scooby I've owned. Performance wise the power is so more aggressive, really does lay the power down well. Handling again is more sure footed than the scooby and feel like I can push the car a lot harder into the corners, and finally the interior, feels alot more solid compared to the scooby which I felt always looked a bit flimsy and plasticy.

But having said all that, I would buy another scooby coz you can't beat that flat four rumble, but for now the evo will be staying

Interior better? come on now, we all know the evo interiors are pants and always have been. You are of course going to be biased as u own a 9 now, but at least speak some truth

True.
I'd say both interiors in scooby and evo are pants. But then you don't buy either for luxury.
Saying that though, other than recaros as standard on a 9, I still prefer the interior of an STi.
The evo dash just looks so boring imo

Your telling me the scooby interior is better, lol. I've owned 7 scoobys and i've always said the interiors are naff, they are so flimsy. look at the seats you get in the sti's compared to the Evo. And i'm not biased, 7 scooby's to 1 evo.....come on.

I must add though that i've only ever owned classic shape scooby's so thats what i'm going against.

Would have been interesting to see what you though of the Evo 9 if you'd had a newage rather than a classic.

The 9 is a cracking car though

lol I rest my case! I've had both classic n newage. Newages interior is in a different league to the ropey old classics!
