Is it possible that it could of somehow happened by itself ( the flat can get hot as its south facing and tenants away quite often so windows shut alot of the time)? The flat is about 3 years old.

I said that i would sort it but thinking about it, i dont want to pay to have it repaired if s


where you at mate ? im a glazier and cover south yorkshire and surrounding areas, standard double glazed units are about £70 per m2 (fitted)

Yes.
Infact several years ago I was in the kitchen and one of the smaller window panes just cracked from top right to bottom left.
