Every other poster agrees this piece of **** should be deported, can you tell me why she should remain here?

F1 i respect your different opinion but i completely disagree with your defence of her in this case. breaking the law 18 times is hardly an accident or aberration, it is a pattern of behaviour this country could well do without.
I wonder just how much she has cost us in Police and courts time alone. Having immigrants continually breaking our laws costs all of us - at a time we can least afford it.
As i said and you ignored she has shown complete contempt and disregard by breaking the laws of the land 18 times hardly a model citizen or someone most normal people would want living here - not just the DM readers either
Another fine example of integration and contribution by someone we allowed to live here and take full advantage of what this country has to offer schools NHS, etc and she treats 'us' like this.

The issue here is simple, as many others have already alluded to, in a nutshell she's here illegally, she's committed a significant amount of crime and should therefore be deported back to where she originated from. The fact she's been separated from her children is something she should have considered before undertaking a mini one woman crime spree (19 in total).
So in relation to this topic - sling the bint out....

I totally agree about getting rid she has lost any right she had to stay by consistently disregarding and breaking the laws of the land. As for her children they should go too - hard but really she should have thought about her kids and the opportunities she and they have here before breaking the law - simple as that!

Deporting her in this case is of course an option, but shouldn't the law have dealt with her (be that a UK based punishment or deportation) on the first or at worst third offence rathee than allowing her to re-offend 18 times. That is the issue for me, the fact that she has re-offended so many times and is yet to be punished in any serious fashion.... much the same as so many others be they immigrants or home grown scum!

I just think that certain people (and I am sure they know who they are
) should get off the immigration bandwagon and look at the bigger picture.

Er, there is no argument to lose. I am not defending the woman in this case, but merely pointing out that there is a bigger problem with a complete lack of proper sentencing and punishment for criminals in the UK.
