Ok.

My choice, which comprises three musicians who died too soon, before they had finished giving their best:

Ian Curtis of Joy Division.
Kurt Cobain.
Sid Vicious.

As musicians go, I'd have put Sid up there with Colin.

Only joking about Sid Vicious - he was a talentless ****.

I really miss John McGeoch of Magazine, Siouxsie and the banshees and P.I. L. - but that's a very personal thing.

Hendrix

Mercury

Lennon

PS. Support for Beatles. A terrific group who made a huge impact on the musical scene at the time. Like them or not Lennon and McCartney were/are very talented in their field.

The one I miss the most is Joe Strummer , Can't think of another two that I'd want to resurrect TBH

Maybe Kurt Cobain as well

Clearly it's dependant on personal taste, but a gifted young man lost in his prime after making some (and potentially much more) beautiful music is/was a tradgedy.

I would have loved to have seen what success he could have attained

Ian Curtis - We'll never know what Joy Division could have really been, I guarantee it would have been nothing like New Order.

Jeff Buckley - the likes of Muse wouldn't be around without his influence.

Jimi Hendrix
