My car gets more individual by the day as more and more get painted in funny colours. Mine will be the only original coloured car in the club!!
TBH the most outragous of them are completely standard under the bonnet and are owned by slightly older people re-living their youth. More polishing than track action.
My car has a VTA (it was on the car when I got it and the car was mapped with it on!!), gold wheels and a pink badge on the grille (from the factory).
It does however have a genuine roof vent

An exhaust that you can hear 3 streets away...
Usually on a chav-classic, complete with rally slag decals...
I love the Subaru burble but why you have to be heard so far away beats me...

My personal hate has to be WRC style graphics, nothing screams chav louder than having WRT on your car. The worse ones are those than look nothing like a WRC car in the first place, ie. I've seen loads of green and silver classics with replica stickers
But in the end I guess the majority of us will be considered "chav" by other drivers what with our LOUD exhausts and big spoilers.

**** me, looks like we should just all keep our cars standard looking at some of these replies!
Seems that some of you are very much out of touch as regard to what these cars are about.
Only reason some chavs own certain models of these cars is the fact that they are cheap to buy and now cheap to run.
You dont see any chavs driving hawkeyes, why, because they cant afford them, simples.
But if I was to add something to the list that looks sad on a Scoobie then it would not actually be a modification or driving style.
It would be loud music, especially R&B!

i saw one the other day with 2ft japanese writing symbols all up the doors and tribal lines down the side of it and for the first time in owning a scoob i felt embarrassed. i wondered if he knew what it actually said and it reminded me of a big fat guy i saw on holiday in thailand a few years back that the local thais were laughing at as it turned out he had coca cola(in thai writing) tattood across his gut in 6 inch high letters!!
he believed it was his girlfriends name:lol

Subaru, Mitsubishi, Nissan seem to be the only cars that are made 'more interesting'
granted there are some car owners who have por tastes, judgements etc but **** it, what does it matter.
No one likes my blob STI because its despoilered but i like it so really dont car a toss what others think.
The fact that people add mad bits to there cars, genuine fake or otherwise only makes the roads a more interesting place to be. I love driving past some cars and smile at the botch job the owners done all in the name of style.
Most cars these days are as boring as they could ever be. Drab, single colours hardly any style, barely distinguishable from each other. No imagination or passion. Just throw away items.
Like clarkson said they are slowly becoming like white goods, your fridge, your freezer.
How utterly sad.
The more of us who indulge our passion for modding our cars no matter how bad our tastes may be the better.
Barryboys I salute you.
Let's just keep it up and have fun with our cars and not treat them like our fooking fridges and if it make some laugh and other frown who cares.?
