I have a chef to cook all my meals and despite going to the gym I am still a fat *******.

I'm doing ok as well lost 1/4 stone now 13 1/4
Cut out a pint of milk to half a glass and lunch banana and slice of bread and boiled egg and a small packet of crisps
Drink 2pints of water at work to stop me snacking and an apple at night instead of chrisps ,chocolate etc and less chocolate biscuits and cup cakes etc
Unfortunately pressup sand curls and bull worker lost interest but still walk a couple of miles a day so on the right track anyway
