Anyone fancy a Treasure Hunt rather than a blast?
I think I have one burried in my files somewhere
It will probably need some tweaking as it's a few years old and many of the clues may have disapeared since then.

Howabout we just have a pub meet first to get to know everyone and check out their scoobies, and while we're at it chat about what else we want to do; a run out, treasure hunt or whatever.
There used to be(probably still is)a monthly Derby meet at the Paddock in Breadsall on Sunday afternoon/early evening, in conjunction with the RS guys but the scoobs were always outnumbered by cossies! It seemed to be a popular time though...
Any thoughts guys?

Ok, Lozza's suggested Sunday 28th April, is that any good for the rest of you? Anyone want to suggest a venue?
PKB, sounds fun but don't you have to have Muppet tendancies to be allowed on that one (maybe you have!!) I see Lozza's down for it as well.

Met some of the RS crew on the M1 near Donno on Sunday - they seemed like a friendly bunch. We spent a few miles driving past each other with the windows down to hear each other's exhaust note!!
Lizzy's idea of a quiet meet to start with sounds good. Give us all a chance to chat without anyone feeling left out. Sunday or weekday evening sounds good.

OK a quiet meet it is (Scoobysport/HKS/Magnex excepted!)
It will take me a few weeks to find that treasure hunt file anyway
Do we want a quiet drink in a decent pub? Somewhere easy to find? With a large car park? (the Bonnie Prince is awful IMHO )

Hello guys
Thought I'd better show some interest here as I started this thread!!!
I'm up for a meet. Weekend good for me also. What about The Rose and Crown at Smalley-Cross? Decent sized car park, good location with plenty of surrounding country lanes!!!
Another good one is The Anchor in Oakerthorpe (just off A38 near Alfreton). I've been recently on a Thursday. Full of bikers and 19 yr olds, but not bad all the same.

Flat4: 100 posts, congratulations! Sounds like you belong in the Muppet forum with the rest of us muppets
R&C is fine for me, as long as my motor is not in the body shop by then (added yet another dint to it!)

Great to meet you guys: **** Star, Flat4, Lozza, Charlie Wiskey. Can't remember any other screen-names, soz.
Nearly ran out of juice, thanks for escorting me to local Shell garage, you lot.
I'm afraid I dribbled over the black Skyline too much - will try not to pretend that I'm on top of "that" in bed tonight(rather than the missus! LOL.)
Lost you all on the way back. Flat4 and I had to blitz a 944 Cab!!
Funny, since those anoraks were fiddling under my bonnet explaining how to cure my solenoid problem its been running a lot better!
Beauuuuuuuuudiful!!!!!
See you all around Derby

Mikee, I waived to you one lunch time last week, possibly Wednesday or Thursday - Shaftsbury St area. I was taking a work colleague out for a spin. His first time in such a car, the guy cr4pped himself!!
Lozza, saw you yesterday. I waived from the passenger seat of a Peugeot 206 - better half's car.
I'm up for a Derby meet too.
Is it to be a meet or a meet??
Flat4/Mr **** : I sprayed my solenoid innerds with brake cleaner earlier. Its NOT sorted the problem - still holding back between 5500-6500 appx. Is it 'new solenoid' time? or do we think my oil is over-full?
