As I said, it didnt seem like a caught up in the moment act of generosity. Other philanthropists manage to give aid unconditionally, I dont remember Bill Gates 'buying' babies.

Advisers are a wonderful thing to have around and tell you to retract your dumb *** statement, I'm sure he has some very good ones.

Could have just said my brother will adopt if the Parents want?

But it was all about HIM. HE could afford to put his hand in his pocket, HE was the kids savior with HIS big wealth. HE was showing the power of his money, HIS power.
