Glad u and ur family r OK, it is very scary experience it happened to me 3 months back when 3 lads tried breaking in to get the keys for my VXR on the drive..

Fortunately my Mrs woke up and disturbed them and they ran away, after waking up we found they have snapped our front door barrel on the lock from the outside, all they needed to do was to remove it and push the handle down to open it so we were very lucky as they were 2 secs from getting in....

I have fitted heavy duty anti snap locks all round and I'm planning on getting CCTV, ideally would get a big dog but work commitments would not be fair on it.

It was a frightening experience and we have had hardly any sleep since, but at least I still have my car

Think he means the house doors mate. If they got the keys then those Vauxhall deadlocks would be useless.

Least they did not stay for a fight fella. And glad you are well and the family i would also fear for my girlfriend and son as well. I have heard storys that they can hide your kitchen knives about the house incase they do come across the owners of the house and get into a struggle.
Just these days you just don't know what there scumbags
can do
