Get over yourself .... take a leaf out of scoobydoo555's book and stop blubbering .... it's the internet and not one authority in the land will take the ramblings of a character claiming to be whoever, wherever and whatever ... however, if you feel lucky:- dip yer bread:-
http://www.wansteadchurchsch.co.uk/governors.asp
Just be sure you get your story right and your victim right as you will end up with a huge legal bill ....... and I mean HUGE!
But, be my guest ......................

Personally, i dont think it is cricket. T'internet rambling should remain on t'internet, and not be used, on this occasion at least. You are old and this might tip you o'er the edge!
Oh hold on, they are still prosecuting 80 year olds that were involved in the Concentration camps so why not you?!!

How come everyone else gets a pic on the governers site?!
I'd complain if I was Head Guvnor

I know that PSL is a troll who gets off on winding people up and I told my wife this.
However, she still thinks that the authorities would be very interested to read some of his posts. I just need to find out which school he represents, although my wife feels his so called facts are so wide of the mark that he probably isn't actually a governer at all.
I'm sure that I'd have most of SN behind me if we were to take him down, so if anyone has any info as to school or location please PM me.
My wife is not some wet behind the ear NQT, so I'm sure Pete doesn't need reminding of what can happen when a troll's little joke can get out of hand.
Oh, and to the OP, yes it could be worth a try, but it is a lot of hard work and the pay doesn't get interesting until you've done a good few years. You really have to want to do it, though. I think we all had teachers at our schools who left suddenly because they couldn't cope.

Havnt read all of this and quite frankly cant be bothered after the twattish comment on the first page.
My wife's an NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) and works in a mixed secondary in Bournemouth. Beside the rediculous amounts of work she covered in her training year last year (GTP) it's not as easy as those would think.
From an outsiders point of view, yes, they get more time off than your average 9-5 office worker, but it's not all fun and games.
There isnt an evening when she's not planning lessons for the coming week or marking coursework. Yes, the money's good, but unless you know first hand the treatment teachers recieve of todays kids thanks to 'couldnt give a **** parents' you cant really comment.
You have to have a love of helping others to do the job, along with LOTS of patience. I certainly couldnt do it.
So, for those of you that DONT know a teacher personally, lets keep the un-educated opnions where they belong. MLR.

TinyTim , but I fear there is little point in bothering. Any good points will be met with silly comments or just simply ignored while any incorrect spelling mistakes, punctuation etc. highlighted as a last resort to offer any sort of comeback.
There are people who are genuinely interested in a discussion and then there are muppets that look to purposefully wind you up looking for a fight. Best just to learn which you're letting yourself get drawn in to, hence
and no further comments no matter how easy and tempting it is.

*edit* its not worth it and really I cant be bothered.

It's a fantastically well paid job, with wonderful returns in seeing the children grow and leave better than they arrived.
But, come on ..... please don't try to tell us that it's harder than other jobs (cos it ain't, it's just different!).

What Pete says does not bother me, but letting the teachers he represents know what little he thinks of them is my idea of 'giving as good as you get'.
The evidence is on t'internet forever and the victims are the teachers of the school, not me. It'll just need an anonymous letter.
In time honoured tradition, it'll be served cold....
Who says I'm not having fun?

As far as i remember when my mum was teaching everybody hated the lazy good for nothing power monger failed county councillor applicant w***krs that are school governors.
Our head spent his mornings womanising his secretaries occasionally barging into classes to bully his underling teachers, if he could make it away from the whisky bottle
( sacked for it in the end )
But don't worry this isn't Lewis
This one spends his days ( well part time anyway ) collecting trollys at asda
- Not even a work shy laggard head master could find the time to come up with / research the sort **** this one comes up with

Your threats are noted.
Your letter will not be annonymous as you have broadcast it on here - with the declared object of 'bringing someone down'. Of course, if you are so spineless as to not declare yourself then it will be treated in the same way all complaints like that are, and filed in the bin.
However, every word you have typed is documented and your details will be requested if needed.
I suggest you carry out your threat and await the legal consequences - or, issue an apology and explain to the community that you are full of wind and bluster.

Right, here is the simple way to deal with this issue.
Pete is a pain in the ***, you might be right, but he won't back down. He is king of the blaggers.
Long live the king!

And what if someone else reading this felt compelled to write anonymously? Im not saying me at all but there may be a few others, you never know. Would he have to await the legal consequences then, even if it might not be him, or then it might be because of what he said, but then it might be me because of what Ive just said, but then it might be someone else because of what I said, knowing that he would get the blame. Does that mean we will both await legal action for a letter sent by one person that may not be either of us?
Men stand up and be counted ... but Mark is doing what his missus tells him to What a weak article.

This thread has plenty of contributions made from no balled, wimps etc etc who like jumping on a mocking bandwagon because its easy and fun when they have no idea what they are talking about, now suddenly its unmanly?
