Sounds gd mate. Just make sure Duncan puts in a couple of mince pies with the 321!!

I never got a chance to come up to York Raceway this year as I was planning to do so but hopefully 2011 will get me up there as there are a few guys/gals I want to catch up with there.

So are you all sayin that if I buy. Sti bottom end I can push 450bhp? I'm not too botherd about the gearbox as I've got a few in my garage. I'm aiming for 450bhp with the easyest and cheapest option.

Alan J. @ Enginetuner is confident "my" 2.1 based on my 2.0 S-CDB will be safe to 500 bhp...

STi 6 Wagon. Standard block, standard heads, 585 bhp and 464 ft.lbs on Race Fuel and 535 bhp on road fuel plus NF.
The car did over 30,000 miles from a rebuild at RCMS and over 400 bhp rising in fairly quick steps to over 500 bhp. When the engine was stripped down all internals were in good condition.
The open deck block as fitted to most Classics is not a weak part in the equation.

Ion Turbo. Pro Sport at Stockport.

JP4: That sounds very good for 550 injectors.
Ask Pat if he has a supply of these rolling road printouts?
My STi 3 Wagon did 422 bhp and 399 ft.lbs on the same rollers with Pat while I was doing some turbo development work but with bigger injectors and water methanol injection.

Yep, both Pat and Charlie (Surrey Rolling Road) were present - possibly Solaris(Syvecs) allowed us to...Prints as follows - not bad torque huh at 4.2k. Paul (zen) saw/drove it shortly afterwards and he was pretty impressed with it too!

Now that wasn't enough so......but this was certainly not on 550s!!

No. Not rotated.

JP4 Very impressive graphs, both of them but particularly the big power graph.
PS. I thought you said you had 422 bhp not 421.7!!!

Cheers Havey....yeah everyone who was part of the build/mapping team (pat with base and paul with remaining) were shocked with the outstanding results (both bhp and torque) produced....634hp on v power only and above being on 109 race fuel. It achieved a 10.8 on its first outing at the pod with more to come.
