Nice cold white wine or Baileys, for me

Tumbler of redbull, shot glass of Jager, drop the shot glass in the redbull (bomb) and down it.

So I've heard anyway.

Is it as simple as that? I'll put a bottle on the shopping list.

I'm sure it had some red stuff in it as well though. But it has been about 20 years since I had one, (well allowed a sip of one)

OOOH! your posh.
Could become a retro classic! Can see the advert now,60's/70's music at a Chritmas party with some very dodgy fashions & hair cuts.
Advocat should be paying us for this.

I wonder how long it keeps? My mum has probably had a bottle stuffed at the back of her sideboard for the last 20 years.

Isn't one of the ingredients of it eggs? Not sure it would keep for 20 years.

My brother loves it. He's 6'6" and 45, but he does love a snowball at Christmas.

Actually, I can almost taste it!

Anyone who likes Cointreau should try and get hold of a bottle of Mandarin Napoleon.
Same stuff but from Mandarin Oranges and superb.

I don't drink either except in cocktails

I used to drink this stuff over crushed ice. It was lovely.

I remember that being just as unpleasant on the way down, as on the way back up.

Not a good memory.

And i'm off the vodka this year too! My brothers vodka challenge will NOT be happening.
But of anyone has the boardgame 'outburst' and a bottle of voddy, it's a great game for the grown ups on Christmad night. You can say goodbye to boxing day though

Mrs T was discussing the Christmas booze requirement for this year. Usually consists of a couple of irish single malt whiskeys for me, a bottle of redbreast, a nice bottle of port that we share with cheese, some decent brandy for the coffee or with mince pies and a bottle of Baileys, for herself.

We used the last of the Cointreau during the summer in desserts with strawberries.

I like a drop of Sicilian red, someone gave me a bottle of Baileys and I have got a taste for that now, and I can always fall back on a 12 year old bottle of Sloe Gin-Magnificent!

Baileys with ice always feels like Christmas, but the best thing is that you get to buy all sorts of stuff with the permission of the misses in case people drop in over the festive period....

"oh better get some Campari as aunty Betty drinks that ..."

Then in the new year when it has all calmed down you get to take ownership of 20 bottle of spirts that have had at best one measure out of them.

Sees me through to Feburary most years
