Garage mistake and now threats of violence
#31
It's the unfortunate way of the world that if you hit him you'll get in a load of trouble yourself and he'll get off scott-free. Call the Police. There's nothing wrong with doing that, and with everything he's done, and the witnesses at the bar, they'll do something about it. What he's doing is so far from from sense that he could have been arrested several times over. You can't go through life avoiding him in a small village, and his mouthy bravado might turn into real violence if he meets your dad on a dark night with no witnesses - I'm sure you don't want that. Get it nipped in the bud now.

I believe he is full of crap. He only plays the big man with a few drinks on him. Let's just hope he gets a life and leaves us alone. Had an issue maybe 3 years ago where somebody broke into my house. There was no evidance so police could do nothing. I spoke to a guy I know from years ago and a week later the thief fell down a set of stairs and broke both legs and both arms. Maybe I should have a word with the same person again and get this bully sorted out?

Police - sounds like the sort of person who won't react well. You want to be covered in case he decides to vandalise your car or something, make sure plod are watching because it will be a bit late to point the finger after the event.

report him to the police, telling them he's harassing you and make sure it goes on record. Then if he carries on hounding you knock him out, as you've previously reported him for harrasment it'll be on file and a self defence plea will be more likely given in your favour should it go to court

You normally find these people when taken away from an audience don't amount to much.

lol. he managed to get around the filter.
Ive had a bad experience with my daughter and 15 pakistanis who threatened to petrol bomb my house and the wife's car.
I was all-ready to go knocking some heads together and get them before they got me, the missus calmed me down. We got police involved and as someone says earlier in the thread, once the police are involved (even if he's done time and a hard nut) - he wont want to go to jail or get into problems with the police. Every thing he does from that point onwards (criminally), will just dig his own hole deeper (sounds a bit gay that). Just inform the police, or even better, the trading standards. You paid for something you didnt need. Id consult a solicitor after consulting with the Police and I know you wont want to pay the solicitor some money, but once you have a crime reference and the solicitor has got involved, he'll go away. Good luck with that one, just dont sit on it mate, it wont do your dad or yourself's health any good.

As much as it's a bit cold hearted to say so, he was a cvnt, stealing, harrassing and being a general 4sshole. I'm sure he had it coming

Always sad when someone loses a family member, so i feel for his family.
But sounds to me like there is one less piece of poo in the world, i hate bullies and am never sad to see one meet his demise, i'm sure there are many others that are or have breathed a sigh of relief at his passing, which is very sad indeed..

Not my sort of thing and by no means do I declare myself a 'wannabe rambo', but it is not exactly a 'reach' is it?
