Yep I am always up for a challenge how about we add the bhp to lb/ft figures and the loser payers for the other guys run. Should be close as mines only a pretty much humble MY00 WRX Type RA with TSL centre and scoobysport back box (running on optimax and millers o+). Lucky to get 240bhp I reckon . Maybe I need that twin DP I have been promising myself now as well .
Glad no offence taken like I said I was just surprised who well they go without the exhaust restrictions.
Cheers

Have been going down the full SS decat, new intercooler and Unichip piecemeal. Having suffered the pain of many a trip back to various folks (none of who are that close) to sort various problems, I would only go down the proven - fit & forget solution in future. Mine's still not right.
My advice would be the APS kit - all it needs its fitting - even the Unichip is premapped and proven in over 400 installs. Same power as decatted PPP but being a mapable system it could be tweaked later for other mods should you do them eg induction kit - PPP cannot, and you will find you need to spend much more on a fuel controller as an induction kit will make it run lean.
I've done virtually the same now as the APS, but the cost and hassle has been far greater and I wish now I had taken the plunge in the first place. Ah well live & learn. Oh and the APS will get you through an MOT as it can give 280+ with a sports CAT.

Mathew Collier - MY00 - 244 Bhp 247 lb/ft
Tim Stalley - RB5 WR - 245 Bhp 238 lb/ft
Phil Attaway - MY98, De-cat - 269 Bhp 231 lb/ft
Tim Stalley - RB5 WR - 245 Bhp 238 lb/ft
Phil Attaway - MY98, De-cat - 269 Bhp 231 lb/ft
MY00 244 bhp when Subaru say 215 - good result
1 bhp more than that for a PPP and less torque for the RB5 WR???
208 to 269 for a decat only on an MY98 thats a power increase for just an exhaust
Its just seems a bit inconsistent to me or imprezas are really 240+bhp in standard trim ?
Anyway enjoy your cars
