Lightweight crank pulley - pros and cons?

Yep: 2kg saving on lightweight pulleys from CDF and the underdriven set on the STi 3 Wagon or was it the STi 6 Wagon dropped 2.5kg. I could not tell any difference from accelleration times and I don't accept more RPM was required for launch but 2.5kg saving is always worthwhile. All I have to do now is reduce my own weight 20kg !!!
