No its the ECU they are talking about dude.

Anyway went back to the same place today, and parked about 30 yards further back from yesterday, and no problem.

Yes it was my alarm and mine is aftermarket so not just the standard sigma alarms that it happens to.

I used to always park up, switch off ignition then before going anywhere check that the fob locks and unlocks the car, if it doesn't i simply restart the car before the immobiliser kicks in and move further down the road. I have since had the keycode changed to something that i remember. Now it seems the keypad wants to play silly buggers too.

Time for a new alarm i think.
