Mmmmmm, tricky one. Personally, i would leave the OE BCS in charge and get a pill asap.

Hopefully someone can confirm for you here. But, iirc it's a 0.9mm or a 1.2mm. Can't for the life of me remember mate, sorry.

I'm of for another large g 'n' t.

The ONLY one different lol.

Just made one with a bit of a fat knitting needle, and a 2mm drill bit.
So that should do until I can get a real one lol.

Yeah, one fella made one from a golf tee with no issues. Just make sure it's nice and snug so it can't move and block the hose.

Right D-day tomorrow.

I have replaced all tubing to the boost controller with silicon tubes, there is now a restrictor into the lower tube to the resonator (wasn`t there).
All pipes now zip tied tight.

Have moved boost gauge pipe, onto the dump valve pipe from the MAP sensor pipes.

I have also unwound the actuator arm 4 1/2 turns, so 2 full turns.

So will see whats what with the boost now tomorrow, and I`m sure its just fine tuning of the actuator arm now.

Fingers crossed!!!

MASSIVE THANKS TO B13BAT
MY CAR IS NOW SORTED!!!!

After the post above I took her for a spin to my mates, and she was the worst I`ve EVER driven her. Clicking from the right had side of the dash under the A-Pillar.
I honestly thought sod it I`ve had a guts full, I`ve driven 60 miles, and she decides to do this 10 miles from finish.

I was really going to torch her.

My mate runs a Pub in Risca by Newport, so went in and had a sit down, then he came over and asked what was wrong, told him and he said come on we`ll have a look. I thought it was the fuel pump relay, as power was going on and off like a switch. But then I realised that the thingamybob ontop of the boost controller before the MAP sensor was clicking too. Thinking thats not right can`t be that. So thought I`ve been moving stuff by the airbox so thought I`d check the wiring, as I touched on injector cap the revs flattened, checked the other one and she ran sweet. So after a play with a tiny screw driver pushed them on and started her, all seemed well.

Took her for a quick run and she was ok then started missing, stopped checked one injector plug and she was sweet again. Carried on and she is totally fine.

Pulls well to 12/13psi and goes like stink, and then occasionally has a pop (so gonna have to change the injector wiring for sure). So what had happened was both drivers side injectors had stopped intermittently, this last thing all because of the wiring to the injectors, so I`m so happy, few little bits now and I`m done!!

Massive thanks to B13BAT for the advise, as this thread has sorted my car

Your welcome Jimbob.

It has as much to do with your own persistence and patience.

Enjoy.

Cheers bud, but as you know when your at the coalface, its hard too see the woods for the trees. And you need a third party opinion to stop you going mad lol. Plus I`m learning all the time with her, so this has helped a lot.

Cheers again.
