I have an almost identical setup (different rods and pistons) and ported headers, but I was hoping for more than 400bhp.
MD321T is a 450bhp capable turbo on a 2.5 with the right supporting mods of course.

The main limitation of BIG FUDS spec would be the TMIC I suspect.

You'd be better off with aftermarket headers than the ported OEM variety I suspect.

Just had a 450bhp build on my white hawk. Will get pics and spec up after final mapping!

Mine has been built for the sprint series. It has 400ft trq @3500 rpm im running 97 fuel standard up pipe standard headers and top mount also my figures are from zens rollers and they always read lower figures than most they say 5-10% i could easy see 460-470 bhp on this set up but with more lag, High figures does not always mean a faster car my mate has a classic 490bhp and up to 5k rpm and 400bhp there is nothing in it between our cars we have done tests on his data box to find this out.

Saying that im thinking of having 2 maps with racerom 1 with 99+20% meth and one 97 for when i go to germany ect ..

Yep, your headers and your top mount will be holding ya back, mate. Have no fear of lag on a 2.5 with a decent turbo by introducing aftermarket headers and an FMIC! You can have great peak figures without detriment to the all important 'area under the lines' with a proper 2.5.

I'm running an SC46 billet based forged conversion. Having an issue with the intake pipe at the moment; wasn't man enough for the job, so collapsing under load, but when Bob was doing the initial map, he commented that the car was so responsive, it felt like it had SC38 on it. Honestly, it feels better than a VF35 on a 2 litre, probably similar in boost threshold to an unmapped TD04 actually!! Bloddy remarkable!

I can't use in it anger at the mo, but even with partial throttle, the ompf is just.........

More after the intake pipe has been sorted and the car mapped again, next thursday!

Enjoy yours.....white hawks are the best

PS if you're going to be competing, do you have a baffled sump and an oil cooler?

Baffled cossie and hks oil coller yes buddy .Ive seen 3 graphs with f mount and headers they all made around 350-360 but spooled closser to 4200 so 700 rpm on a sprint course is huge,Ill see how i get on and if so i can add these extras after

Paul zen did a back to back with my vf standard and my md comes in 100 rpm slower than stock so happy days.

White hawk best looking scoob out there at the minute lol
