Wrong. Always a Wednesday. 2nd Wednesday of the month. Slipped a week this month back to normal next month.
My fault but the main body of the thread does say the 19th, which is a Wednesday.

the Mrs' new car has not tax as the insurance hasn't turned up yet and the Clio is in the garage with no insurance on it!! See y'all in a couple of weeks!!
