your only top of the league as everyone else is having a poor season and you know it, it's only a matter of time before the goners leap you. gerrards tackle had no animosity behind his eyes were on the ball. I've seen much worse get away with it.
if carrick had the ball then fair enough they were both trying to get to the ball.

That 40 year old has been doing it for 21 years now (that time line should rings some bells), and still looked a class above most players on the pitch, rinsed the LFC defence on more than one occasion yesterday.
I wouldn't be too critical, LFC just employed an old age pensioner who hasn't managed a modern day football team for nearly 12 years, talk about going backwards, they'll be digging up Paisley and Shankly if this little adventure ends up in the Championship.
Dont believe the hype in "King" Kenny it will end the same way as "King" Kev did in the Toon.
There's a good Aussie expression.
Always look forwards never go backwards.

Penalties should only be awarded if the player had an opportunity to score, or to cross the ball such that a teammate could score. I don't inderstand why players who have just managed to touch the ball near the edge of the penalty area, but are heading away from goal, are awarded a penalty. The punishment seems excessive compared to restoring play to where it would have been had the tackle not happened.
Not saying that was the scenario here, but often it is, and encourages players to hit the deck.

kenny is younger than fergie for starters, when shearer or keegan went back they lacked experience. kenny will unite the club and bring some passion back and allow us to play more attacking footie.

Keegan hardly lacked experience when he went back to NUFC in 2008
At least our pensioner has been working for the past 20 years, quite sucessfully I might add, whereas yours has been playing golf.
How old are you Mus ? I'm guessing mid to late 20's early 30's tops in which case you probably dont even remember Kenny as a player and barely as a manager, so your confidence in Kenny is based upon.......what someone else told you
At least now that Kenny is back I have learned how to turn on the subtitles on the Plasma, come on be honest how many of you were scrambling about looking at your Sky remote when the post match interviews started

I presume Mus gets all his facts from the Liverpool echo
There is an old chinese proverb:
Liverpool fans shouldn't get their hopes up too high about the appointment of Kenny Dalglish.
Gordon Ramsey can't make a bowl of **** taste delicious, can he?
