I love how a topic about Muslims or Asians brings out the lurkers! Talk about hate.
About women dressing scantily,theres a difference between 30-40 year olds and 14 Olds dressing like that and hanging out with 30 year old men at night. Shouldnt the be at home at that time?
I think these guys are scum and deserve long sentences but I was watching BBC question time a few weeks ago and the audience was astonished when they heard how some of these girls were having sex for a bag of crisps or a burger or a drink.then I hear that asians are evil and pedos. Well where does the problem lie if a girl is willing to suck off someone for a little snack?

So it is the kids fault??? REALLY!?! Can you imagine any child wanting to have sex or perform a sex acts on men they do not know just for fun and would any decent man with any sort of morals or conscience let them or encourage others to???

Some if not all of these kids where in care and in some cases already been abused. they where groomed by evil men who befriended them, who made them feel special then once they trusted and like them the men set about abusing them and selling them for sex. In one case 20 men lined up to have sex with one girl who was throwing up due to drink/drugs and they continued to have sex with her - she was treated like a piece of meat.
These men target the vulnerable, not the strong. They prey on the weakest members of society for their own sexual pleasure and to line their pockets.

For me the point is not that they are Asian or 'even' Muslim, the point is that they did what they did and helped to ruin the lives of children for their own selfish ends.

I doubt there is a man or woman who has read this that was not disgusted at what has happened. Most people l have mothers, sisters, daughters, nieces...

Yes, these kids have been let down by bad parents and the state but that is not an excuse and does not make it acceptable.

The victims here are the kids, end of.

the laws about sex with children/under 16's has been with us for many years and is the law plain and simple to ensure those with low morals and different standards know what is and is not acceptable.

I won't respond to your comments as i don't have the time to sit behind a computer and have a low beat discussion based on trying to humiliate someone in order to look or sound correct. I've got plenty to do and seems some of you quite frankly don't. Some are quite frankly selective in answering certain questions, and don't like when the shoe is on the other foot and should do some more homework on systems, ideologies, groups, societies, communities etc what attributes make these components, where they come from and their build up.

No one is saying otherwise about what the fate of these people should be. I think the punishment system in this country is not severe enough for them to be dealt with how they should be dealt with and this includes pedo's who should have just as serious a punishment, seems like you are choosing to steer clear of the pedo topic and the fact it seems to be mainly white Brit men involved.

I have good friends who are black, white, and brown. I don't want to think otherwise of them because of some idiots on here. So for that reason over and out. If anyone wants to have a face to face discussion please pm me and i am happy to discuss in further detail. I'm no good at this forum discussion stuff as it opens up room for a low level discussion that gets dragged through the dirt.

Gift giving by the abusive person is quite common in abusive relationships, it makes the victim feel complicit in the abuse and conflicted...now they don't have a good reason to end the relationship...the abusers likes them, gives them gifts right?

You're talking very young girls here often from messed up families, they are very vulnerable and these gangs took advantage in the most cold and cynical way.

The problem is that not every person sees 14-16 year old girls as kids.a lot of teen girls look older than they are. Serious,I was at Thorpe park last year and what some teen girls were wearing was ridiculous. Yes that doesn't mean that they are begging for it. No way, far from it. But if these girls were walking the streets at 12 at night,it doesn't take a genius to figure out what is going to happen.
Point is these girls were not looked after And the problem lies in the lack of care. I don't blame hostels or police. I blame irreponsibile parents.

Well I'm sorry for way you feel, debates like this can get a bit heated, especially when debating subjects such as this, things can and often do get misconstrued. This is not to say what you've said hasn't been a good contribution to the debate, quite the contrary in fact. I don't want to come across as condescending or patronising, but as a relative newbie to NSR, some of the more seasoned/heavyweight posters should perhaps acknowledge this and perhaps be a little more affable and more encouraging and less confrontational, I know I am sometimes guilty of this too. But to use your lion analogy, there are some lions that roam here with real bite on this forum looking for fresh meat!!

I got to like him in our debate. It's a debate that will go on forever. There will always be racists, people trying to control others, differences of opinion. It's what makes the world go around. No one will ever tell me what to do, or what to wear, or how to behave or speak, or even dress, for that matter. Going back to the OP, the perpetrators have been given their just desserts. Everyone knows what they look like, so even when they get out of prison, they will have no life. Maybe it may make others think before they try to do the same thing again. I hope

This issue needs addressing, the lack of protection for teenage girls. About ten or so years ago I was stopped at some traffic lights in my classic Impreza with gold decals (hope Tubbytommy isn't about!). Two young lasses maybe fifteen or so were sat on a wall by the lights. I had my windows open as it was a warm sunny day. One of the girls shouts over 'hey mister can we come you'. I was absolutely gobsmacked, these girls had no idea who I was or where I was going. Yet they were willing to come with my as (I presumed ) they liked my car. Even to this day I find it hard to believe that they were so carefree that they would have just got in to a strangers car.

That's what I'm trying to get at. I live in inner city brum and if you go to some areas even school girls get chatted up by older guys in "sporty cars" I've witnessed it myself.
Some people are not aware of these issues deeply.I'm talking of girls who have families and by the way it's not just White girls, it's blacks and Asians too. Sad really.

It is a race issue. They chose 'forgotten young white girls, as they were easy prey. They knew nobody bats an eye lid (nobody including other white people) hence they were free to continue their abuse. Would they have screwed over a Muslim Pakistani girl if they could get away with it the same way they got so long with white girls? Of course they would. Their dicks have no illegience (sp). Did they view white girls as inferior to Asian girls? I believe they did. But the question is why did they see them in such a way?

Ask yourself would they have gotten away with doing this to a white middle class girl for so long?

Good boy. In fact you'd have me, my neighbour (a farmer and his family who live about half a mile away) and a riding school as customers. We all like kebabs and the women who runs the shop in our village is nosey, so it'd be a welcome change to get nothing more than a blank expression, no eye contact and maybe a grunt if the 'cash only' demand was breached. Plus, I love the smell of onions.

Sorry to those wanting to keep this sort of on topic, but I feel I have to answer this as I deleted the original comment, and for the record, another on a different thread. One point, neither comment added anything to the discussion being had, they were purely abusing the swear filter for the sake of it.

I removed the comments, but what is maybe worth mentioning for those unaware, this has gone on for some time now, and I personally have just been 'nice' if you like and simply removed such comments rather than infract or ban, on top of this, he has been banned in the past for this very thing and only a little over a week ago was contacted by Stu to reign it in. This is not a case of one comment equalling a ban.

The actual remark in question in this thread was to call a relatively new member a dirty ****, nothing else. No debate or discussion, just an outright insult. It's all well and good saying it's banter, but that sort of comment to someone you don't know, who doesn't post a lot isn't really acceptable.

I like Will, and always thought of him as a pal, but no matter how much I personally have tried to privately ask him to stop posting the c word for the sake of it, I have been totally ignored, so don't think this has been a case of being heavy handed over one comment. I mean him no disrespect by posting all of this, as I'm sure plenty of people have seen repeated instances anyway, but I think it needed to be clarified for those who think this was OTT.

Well that was the intention.

It remains the case that those class e types who look like they've just walked off the set of Jeremy Kyle, the group commonly referred to as 'white trash' by f1 and others, are chucked in to the Pakistani enclaves because it's incredibly cheap housing and the reason for that is that nobody else wants to live there. I didn't state those who make up the bulk of these enclaves are the dregs, simply that the non-Pakistanis who reside within them are overwhelming those at the lowest levels of subsistence.

A question for you James, do you have personal experience of these areas? Have you spent time living in and amongst the 'dregs'? If your view is based solely on what you see in the media and what you hear on the grapevine, then I struggle to give any credence to your mindset. You'll find the vast majority (based on my personal experience) are decent, hard working folk. Money and and a silver spoon stuck up one's **** does not necessarily make you a better human being. I think this thread is deviating so I'll not deviate any further.

Yes but then again Thailand is known for easily obtainable sexual exploits and cheap brides (although brides are not cheap in the long run)
