Just to add my 2p worth...
I have ordered Merlin wax off Mark before and thought it was probably the best wax I had used, however I've just bought an STi7 and thought I would treat it (sad I know!) so I ordered some Samuri wax via Mark/Swizol, not cheap but you hardly need to put any on the car, it's going to last for bloody ages.
Went for a good run out to North Wales with a couple of the guys off this bbs on Sunday and spent a fair bit of the run behind topdog (local lad so as you can imagine knows the roads like the back of his hand.......lets say we were not going slowly!).
Got back on Sunday evening, car covered in flies and christ knows what else, eventually got round to cleaning it on Wednesday, one wipe with the sponge and they were gone, and I don't know if this was a fluke but no stone chips, this must be the first time I've followed another scoob and not added a few more chips.....
Bloody fantastic stuff..

Graham

PS Mark do I get my blue polishing cloth thingy that you said you were going to send
Or do I need to creep a little more?

Graham,

The Samurai wax is the wax that I used too. I refered to it as the Subaru wax cos Mark told me that the Samurai wax is his old Subaru wax.

Cheers,

Wrexy.

I used the Teflon wax (Shield)..... fantastic. If your car's sitting outside for any length of time I'd definately recommend it. Judging by the amount of interest from the S2000 boys you guys are going to have to get your orders in quick

Used Mark's cleaner wax last week for the first time on my Silver MY00, superb finish very pleased , done it again today - just to make sure (can get a bit adictive !)

The funiest thing was watching a cat jump on the bonnet - loves lying by the bonnet scoop when engine is warm only to slip straight off again! Result

Cool

Cheers Mark! I'll be back for more when I run out. I forgot to mention that the car didn't look this good when I bought it brand new. It's as though it got a new paint job and it hasn't dried up yet, a real wet look finish. I feel like eating it!

Regards,

Wrexy.
