The start was OK, that Atom is awesome. However, thereafter it went downhill into the usual diatribe. The Yeti was just the Fiesta review again and the bit about dropping the beetle from a helicopter was drivel. I'd drifted back onto the net after John Bishop and only glanced back occasionally. Tiff is definitely the new Stig, you could tell his slightly hunched over seating position, and his obvious driving style. TBH, I'd rather they'd taken the opportunity to ditch the 'mystery' bit and just allowed Tiff to give some relative and professional input.

The atom is jaw droppingly ugly it would have to be said .

Packed with technology im sure but why not just buy a radical for a 1/4 of the price if its a totally impractical car you want ?

I suppose the only reason for being able to charge that sort of money is cos caterham produced that thing with asimilar price tag

Must say whenever i see some geezer travelling to work in his suit driving one of those atoms i cringe slightly

Aparently, they used Tiff while looking for a new Stig.

Doubt we'll see Tiff again (unless he recorded a dew different cars on the same day) which is a shame really.

To be fair, the Atom isn't a car for the daily commute, especially THAT Atom. I'd happilly drive a 15yo manky old diesel estate every day if I could have that sat there for sunny days and trackdays. Although, an SDR V-Storm WR3 can be had as a DIY kit for £16k, or delivered ready for £20k+. I'd buy it without an engine and get an API JDM EJ20 with Cosworth bottom end for 460bhp and 590 torques instead. It might not be quite as refined, nor carry the kudos of the Atom, but at about half the price of the Atom 3 300, and less than 1/6th of the V8 500, it's a lot of bang for little bucks.
