Flatout with your roof vent open
It is really surprising how much air these vents put in to the car, I usually close mine around 50mph purely because it gets cold, around 130mph you start to hear a "draft" noise coming from the roof, never had any issues with leaks

There's a company in Japan that will import them but with the exchange rate and VAT & import duty it worked out about £600 but you can pick them up for about £250 on ebay when they come up.

Apparently not, I asked the questions when I was trying to get mine. I suspect you could make it fit, but the bracketry is different between the newage and classic if you want to use the factory mounting points

I have got a genuine spec c vent on mine and was lucky enough to find it at the right price and in the right colour
I was also lucky enough to have JonMc help me fit it
Probably one of the best mods I have done.
