What does that mean?? Depends on where, plenty of parts of the country where you can't buy a property for anywhere near £250k, properties are still selling there.

I just sold last week, the first offer I received was 5k less than my asking price. I accepted only 1.5k less. The place I'm purchasing would not shift on the price, however I do not.mind as a bungalow only 5 plots down the street, with less land and less of a building sold in November for only 5.5k less.
