a mate of mine too his Elise, and the instructor immediately knew there was something subtly wrong with the rear of the car, found one slightly leaking shock heh
I did this last year and i'd say its a much better place to test the car to the limits, as theres nothing to hit....

I must have done about fifteen 180's that day testing myself to my limits, the instructor drove my car and scared the **** out of me and proved the car can do alot more than my driving skills can

Apart from an occasional blip of throttle away from the lights, they might as well have a Ford Ka.
