At the last bodyshop i used to work in i did a fair bit of the estimating and i recon 80% of the people that came in who had had thier car hit said the other person is going to pay for it, that always used to make me laugh as you knew full well that when they got out thier cars when they had been hit up the **** they would see a small crease and scratch on the bumper, but with all modern cars the bumpers are just a hollow shell now and normaly pop back out and its not until you look under neath or open the boot you see the full exstent(sp) of the damage and they would get the shock of thier life when you told them it would be about 1k to repair

Its hard when people give you the sob story, you try and do whats best for them and even put yourself out, but in todays reality they just want to screw you over,sad world
