Price is depending on yourself? How many goes round the ring do you wish to have? how heavy footed are you gonna be on the way down?
The accomidation is looking like 35euro pernight. The Ferry is roughly £80 for a car and 2 people?
I will do a check later with the exact ferry prices, Fuel i should imagine would be somewere near £150-200 for the whole trip.

I'm going in may and I'm going from Norwich to dover then France to the ring then back and I'm looking at around £300+ as I get roughly 250 miles a tank it's a 1000 mile trip bearing in mind your gonna be on the autobahn so will be topping 100mph then the fuel around the rung and there's alwYs traffic Round the ring so a lot of stop starting and at the moment it costs£71 to fill up the tank with 50l of vpower. So it's not as cheap as a few years ago.
