Unless you take it out then you wont know exactly which ecu it is, it could be one of 2 standard ecu's that came with the MY99 UK cars and that is an AE800 or an AE801, both are ecutek mappable (as per any MY99 turbo)

wheels are going, not because i don't like them, because 18in tyres are expensive, i've done 18's on my current car.

After what seems like forever.... I'm getting the car this weekend!

My Dad is driving it over to Germany, i'm meeting him at the Dutch/German Border, swapping my Astra for my Scooby, then the Astra is coming back to the UK to be sold, and the Scooby is staying with me in Germany and the autobahns ;-)

Wouldn't want to be paying the feel bill to Germany! Still mate nice car and will look so much better when you have changed the lights back. Lol

I was the same. Hated the green but it's grown on me now and I love it. Especially when the sunlight hits the fleck in the paint. I'm the same as everyone else with the lights. Horrid! Sti lights are the ones to have. As for the rims I think they look good. There's not that much difference in tyre prices is there? Unless you go through tyre's like nobody's business.
Looks like a good buy. Well done.

The lights are going matey, trust me, lol

I'm based in Germany, 18in tyres are silly expensive, and i'll need winter tyres by German Law in October, and 18in winter tyres are rare and expensive! I could keep the 18in rims as summer wheels and the 16in for winter ones, but i'd rather sell them and spend the money on something else, lol

I like the wheels just not in that colour and as for the filter, I have a HKS induction kit on mine and have never had any issues at all with it I suppose it all depends on the car and the make of filter

you don't like the gold wheels, or the white ones? i think the induction kit has been fitted for a while, and hasn't had any issues so far!
