My opinion is probably biased, although we arent an especially close family; but I feel that he is one of the most talented drivers ever to have not really made it. Hes out-driven a number of household names on a fraction of the budget. Tuscans, Renault 5GTs, Minis even.

It's something that stood out as "Richard Whitely moment" of racing interviews to me.
