You have std injectors by the sound of it. Your ECU is meant to run 16psi! SO you wont have any fueling issues running 16psi, so NO remap required.
Like i said, get rid of the mechanical boost controller, and use the factory controller. Then see what boost you get. If you still get 11psi you have a problem somewhere else.
My guess is you have a shot gearbox, and the seller turned the boost down so you didnt know about it. I have seen it done.

okay but if i do have a shot gearbox how is there a safe way to find out without turning boost up, going for a drive and then something going pop, because i dont want to get rid of boost control in my drive, start it and everything seam fine go for a drive then it goes bang
i was worrying them been to small for 300bhp

You cant just go turning the boost up, you will need to get rid of that ecu you currently have and get an aftermarket or standard + ELS ecu... you will need to get it remapped, plug the standard boost control solenoid back in and the ECU will control the boost.
These engines are very delecate, if they are not tuned/mapped properly the big end WILL give up and then will cost you £1500+ for a rebuild...
ECU+Remap = around £500.... I know which one i would go for (and am going for)
Best thing to do is get it on the rolling road see what its doing for sure... no point in guessing

But the ECU is not mapped for use on UK fuel, and will be doing more damage then good running our pesky 98ron:

Please post with your RR results, i am interested to find out. I belive my car is making somewhere in the region of 270 bhp @ 18 psi boost. And it is not what i would call that quick, but then i suppose it depends on what you are used to.
