The thing that really really vexes me more than any of the normal ones is
the way people - particularly young people/kids talk in London and spreading. What is it? Gangsta speak or something? ****ING ARRRRGGGH!!!
It sounds ****ing awful, especially when middle class normal born and bred English kids start using it.

I had the misfortune of watching that Essex guff the other day. That accent was nauseating. Grated on me so I wanted to kill someone

As I have a neutral accent ( Geordie born ) and speak posh like, I would say that the worst is scouse. Cant stand it probably because my ex-wife is scouse 
Brummie accent is fairly crap as well and the lazy whinny essex one comes close
