As Sugar said any other series and she would have won by a country mile, but this time he was not looking for an employee instead for a partner, an entrepreneur, and Helen is not and never will be one of those.
Tom's description of his Walmart pitch in the boardroom was classic, talk about saving the best till last.... Helen had a face like she was thinking 'Why the f**k hadn't he mentioned that in the last 10 weeks the b**tard"
Her desperate last ditch attempt to change business plan was patheticand cynical and for that reason alone I am glad she was fired.

As you say her last minute offering was a total disaster and embarassing taking her overall performance into account.

Good on Tom. Didn't think he would do it, but then the change of format suited his situation. I'm sure he didn't plan the board room moment, but it was a bit prompted - think Sugar had already decided.
Still surprised Susan got written off so easily (post show offers excepted), clearly a brilliant young lady. Helen never had a chance, lacked the imagination.

To be honest, all of their plans had serious problems.
I can't believe Susan didn't realise that her products had to be industry approved as well as her forecasts being way, way to high.
Jim hadn't done ANY market research and was it Helen that had no profit/turnover predictions? Sometimes I think that they all very clever people that go on that show, but my god, some of those wouldn't know the meaning of the word 'business' if it jumped up, shoved some rolled up £50 notes up their nostrils and shouted - 'SNORT'.
