I'm still thinking that the ECU has gone into safe mode or there's an electrical gremlin.

It sounds like it's only boosting on actuator pressure to me, when I had my car remapped for running in Bob Rawle altered my map so that it only boosts on the actuator pressure.

My car currently only boosts to 0.7 bar max and that's only on the actuator.

Just another thought what about the boost control solenoid?

My advice since you could hide the issue the more the try to fix it would be to talk to a mapper and get some advice. There's plenty on the forum, you have Bob Rawle, Duncan from Dynamix also Simon aka Jolly Green Monster also David from API he arranges mapping from his garage as well with Bob on occasions and I think Pat Hebron If I remember correctly. Take some expert advice it's the best way I feel to go forward, I know your car it's even been sat on my driveway at one point when Simon cleaned it for a local show.

I would hazard that it was some form of electronic gremlin in the ECU, at the end of the day any micro processor or circuit board is only basically a series of on and off switches (logic gates from memory I think they are called).

You only need one to be in an incorrect position and nothing will work properly as the feed signal will not be as expected and I would think that the ECU went into safe mode to save your engine.

But I would still get it checked out by Zen Performance or another mapper just to make doubly sure.
