I think you guys are missing the point with this one, yes it's more expensive than others that are available but that is because it's possibly one of a kind. I have definitely never heard of another with such little mileage.
As someone said above, it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay. There is nothing to compare the car against so price of others is completely irrelevant.
If somebody wanted a 22B to run then ofcourse they wouldn't pay the premium for this car they would buy one at sub 25K.

I agree with Matt however the most I would be wiling to pay is £30k ,but because i seen these cars go for 20k in the auctions a few years back i'd be reluctant to pay the £30k.

Oh Christ, your right. Nobody in their right mind would buy it while it needs a set of tyres...
They would be at least £300 straight off.
Serious note though, I hardly think a set of tyres would put a person off who is prepared to pay 35K for an Impreza.

This is not the one that Graham Walker's had, it was formerly owned by Bluescoob (Car Planet).
BTW, there were 16 Type UK cars and they were not 'stamped' they were modified by Prodrive and fitted with 22B-STi Type UK badges
This 22B is worth whatever a buyer/collector is prepared to pay, end of...
It will only go up in value as time goes on with this mileage
