So I have to buy this (before 31st May), wait for it to arrive, then display it in window to allow entry to Prodrive on the 5th June, between 10am - 2.30pm?:-

Well you clearly have wiplash and maybe some psycological stress when you see 4x4s now, so yeah claim for that, and then buy the car back fix it with that money and it'll even cover you insurance premium

gutted for you mate. at least you appear to be not badly injured. Had my car (not scoob) written off when some **** deciced he wanted to come into our lane when going round a corner. 100% his fault.

got paid out for the car fairly quicky and was over the moon with the first offer. Pain in the **** bit is, crash was approx 8 months ago and still waiting for personal injury claim to go through (my partner was driving) and my claim (being the car owner) for bits like baby seat etc.....becoming a joke now!

Gutted mate I feel for you. Before I had my scoob I had an issue where a woman in a 4x4 reversed out a parking space without looking into the side of my car as I was driving past. She tried to balme me for not letting her out I couldn't believe it and it wasn't until my insurance company threatened court action she admitted liability.

£3k worth of damage to the car and it never felt the same after so I sold it and bought the scoob :-)

Mine was written off whilst in the care of a garage and my insurance didn't care .. nothing to do with me ..

i would expect should the blame go to the other person the same will be said for you ?

I'm with A-Plan and they are spot on.
