Very easy if I can manage it. It comes with self tapers and the holes are already in the splitter. There four holes for the plastic screw/clip wgich should already be under ur bumper holding the undertray on to the bumper. You need a set of thin pliers to pop them off then you use them clips to pop the splitter on first which will hold it in place. Then all you need to do is screw in the self tapers.

Hatch without mods does look a bit plain, but you check out Rob Ostles sweet sweet hatch and you might just change your mind!
