I've got the N8, had it about 6 weeks now - brilliantly simple, battery life is good too and I wouldnt swop it
On the same day my daughter got the Wildfire S - she loves it but it does have a tendency to "freeze" now and again. I went to Phones 4 U as I wanted new contracts for me and both my daughters, they let us try anything we wanted out of the boxes, not the crap display models - worth a visit
