far too many pussies on this thread.
If someone breaks into my house i would smash the **** out of them or get seriously injured trying.
No one breaks into my house without suffering severe consequences, **** what the law will do to me, ill worry about that later.
judging by the reactions of most on here the nasty burglar men are hoping its a ***** who owns the car they need to nick, they have prolly watched it for a couple of days anyway, do you think they would try to nick a car from a local bouncer or drug dealer?
Stop being a bunch of pansies and man up, i have a rounders bat and a 7 inch "kitchen" knife under the bed and a boston slugger in the little under the stairs cupboard where the coats live and i wouldnt hesitate to use them.
i might start twocing cars of some of the potsers on here, ill meet no resistance after all, and then i can come back next year to nick the insurance replacement.

And there's the joke, 3 people smash through your door, one armed with a baseball bat, and you have to politely ask them to halt the proceedings, check out the weapon, is it aluminium? And then go to your shed an equip yourself with a suitable weapon to match his. If yours is better and you get the upper hand he sues.
I personally would like them killed, be them wanting to steal my car or take my Bic pen. Thieving c*nt scum deserve no life in this planet, and I don't give a toss about why they got into that position in the first place.

My advice - hit the f3ckers as hard as you like in the knees, crotch, fingers, elbows, wrists - basically anywhere that will hurt like hell, cause limbs to cease to function and/or bones to break, but that isn't directly life-threatening, and you should get away every time with a defense of 'only' trying to incapacitate the scum to protect yourself or family, and/or detain said scum while waiting for arrival of the police.
As I'm sure many will remember, the Hussein brothers were originally jailed for 18 months, but got this reduced to suspended sentences on appeal.

Its pretty funny reading this thread given my recent experiences. I can guarantee you that next time somone comes through my door I will still fight them only this time I have suitable weapons ready to hand, as well as two rottweilers. A hammer axe or knife and I would have killed two of my intruders before the third had a chance to get involved.

Enter my home with the intention of doing harm to me or mine and we can discuss the wrights and wrongs of it in court.
I know it won't be a popular opinion, but i as long as i am able i will defend myself.
I leave the keys downstairs on the kitchen table, don't care about the cars and the stuff in my house they would do better knocking on the door and asking for them it's just stuff at the end of the day.
but me and mine is something different, and once inside i don't know what their intentions are and i won't be asking any questions.
