30 Years ago, Clint Eastwood would have been perfect, a bit too old now though !
Vin Diesel, maybe, but for me, has to be Hugh Jackman, right look, right age and not far off the right height.
Failing that, just go for an unknown who fits the Reacher role perfectly rather than trying to put a (tiny, expensive) square peg into a round hole.
