I have a DBM UK MY99. It was 14 months old and we were washing it during the summer and it became apparant that the paintwork on the back bumper was of an inferior quality. In certain light you could see the undercoat which turned a yellowy coulour through the paint.

I took it back to Lancaster Sevenoaks, who got it resparayed UNDER WARRANTY. Ok it took them three attempts to get it right but that's a different matter.

The point is paintwork may be sorted under warranty. Also for the record I do drive relatively hard and after 19,000 miles have no stone chips.

I can almost see Victoria garage from my house. Was that your Sonic Blue STi that was up for sale a few months ago?.

Do you use the body shop at the back, opposite The Big Wash ? I am after getting the side strips fitted and painted

 

Yes it was mine up for sale but in the end i decided i couldnt think of a better car to own.

If you want side strips fitting and painting we can do the work in our own bodyshop in Leigh road ( not the one next to the big wash ) if you ring Linzi on 01942-604457 she will arrange a quotation.

This is another example where if you apy a deposit you use a credit card. I lost £3995 once cos I used a debit card rather than credit. Hope anyone who paid a deposit is ok.
