Regardless of their prices, at least one of the guys from there has had the decency to hold his hands up on behalf of the company and accept responsibility.

The O.P. should have contacted them first before pissing and moaning on here about it IMHO. If they had been arsey about it on the phone then fair enough, but the original post was unjust, again IMHO

 

by the time i got home they were closed ! so wanted a moan .
