Please don't try and tell us that her illegal drug use (which is very well documented) did not lead her to where she ended up.
She had an extremely addictive personality and as Moley said, it could well be a mixture of booze and prescription drugs.

Well I grant you she was not a role model at all, but it is funny how many were so quick to comment about it being a drug overdose (the media included).

The irony is she had, by all accounts, genuinely been trying to get clean and maybe the prescription drugs that she was taking to help her deal with coming off the illegal stuff are what did for her although we of course don't know that yet.

Although far from her greatest fan I do think it is sad when anyone dies at that sort of an age

I thought she was a mess. She had the world but wasted it. I dont think she is a role model and personally couldnt care. Reap what you sorrow. I think her father is a ponce and living off her coat tails and I hope Pete Docherty / Blake whatever his name, are next.

Are there people out there that still care how or why she died.

She has gone dead decomposing, what does it matter how much or what drugs she took, obviously too much.

Any sympathy i did have is like her gone.

Chances are it was the drugs even if she didn't have any in her system at the time.

Puts a massive strain on the heart being hyped up for days on end, could have done some serious damage there. Going on the news today you'd now think she only had a minor issue with an asprin or something.

Well despite all the specualtion to the contrary, she was obviously keeping off drugs and she deserves recognition for that.

We shall eventually be told the real cause of her sad death, her previous addictions will doubtless be a part of it and maybe that may concentrate the minds of those who are foolish enough to rely on drugs etc.

I am sorry she died and we have lost a rare talent in my opinion.

Behave yourself, maybe the drugs were a symptom of having to live in a world mostly full of arrogant simple minded tw**s that see everything in black and white, and vote for whichever psychopathic scum makes them richest. Talent is not necessarily a blessing and choice may have never entered into it, many reformed addicts go on to commit suicide due to depression that the drugs held at bay, no-one chooses to be unhappy or in pain.
