FFS, somebody being interviewed on Sky News just said she was the best female artist of all time. Get a grip.
Always sad when someone goes, but come, I have lost count at how many times she went to rehab or had been photographed hungover and drugged out on some steps somewhere.
She had offers of help countless times, but she CHOSE to ignore it.

very spooky the fact that ive just been out and as i got out of the car back to black was playing on the radio. then i decided to make myself a sandwhich and had it on 'brown bread' which isnt something i usually have 
then i come on here and read this thread to hear that she has died
madness
again though...very talented singer lost to a drug addiction

I feel very sorry for Mitch Winehouse - a man who clearly loved his daughter, despite his best efforts over years to put her back on her feet, each time someone or something brought her back to her old addictions.
Sad end to a life - regardless of what view you held of her.
