Older picture, P/S pump now fitted, and washer bottle redone in Ally.
Also a custom ally header tank is now at the powdercoating company.
(In the same place as the stocker in this pic, but with the nipples/hoses running in a better direction)
Both tanks are going to be dark greywith a custom white catch can but I am still welding that.
That way anything that contains/flows air is white, any tank that holds or flows fluids is grey.

[quote=what power are you running nick? ive noticed no cold air feed to the filter?[/quote]

I did have a mini scoop for the cold air but i didnt like the look in the end so fitted some 22b vents, looks much better. just getting around to cold air feed, not much space down by the fog cover because of the fmic pipe so not sure where to put it tbh maybe down under the bumper
running 340/320 at the min, going to push for a little more soon tho.
Anyone know what the black plastic cylinder thing is to the left of the rad? not many bays seem to have one, do i need it?

is yours a v4 or 5 type r?
what mods/gearbox do you have? what turbo etc?
i was planning on running a 3" cold air intake to the filter so i hope there is enough room!

I was hoping to have the intake pipe in the spotlight cover but doesn't seem possible.

Engine rebuild with uprated crack and oil pump, race bearings
Full afterburner decat
Apexi PFC
Hybrid GT2 FMIC, K&N
255 pump, JGM Remap
Standard gearbox and turbo still going strong. Touch wood.
V3 - 97

Dont see why you shouldnt see 300+
Before i had the FMIC and Induction fitted it was dynoed at 309.
A far as i know the vf23 is slightly more laggy but a better top end pull.

Have you been following Graham Martin's (enginemapper.co.uk) WRX test mule thread? He achieved quite a decent increase (20-30bhp iirc) with just a (Cosworth) filter change

Powdercoating on the headertank, and the windscreensprayerfluid (phew) now done.
Did not like the grey, looked a bit greenish, so had it re-done in white.

Still working on the airbox for the filter, but getting the car MOT-ed and running has top priority.

Thanks.

The engine has been built by a reputable builder here in Holland, the rest in the picture is almost all custom fabricated by myself.

-Coolant header tank
-Washer fluid tank
-PS Pump support
-Up/Downpipe
-Catch tank
-FMIC piping
