Alot change out the ***** gear **** for the 330 clubsport **** and gaitor, havent done it but its ment to be a real nice upgrade, the Clubsport one is heavier and shorter and seemingly is a far nicer gear change only sacrifice is it dont light up.
I did the e92 number plate upgrade, real simple as you can buy bits of wire and connecters from BMW for pence.

cracking motor mate, i am a fan of the m3's & the brother in law has just took me out in his..... a brand spanker 11 plate m3 with the competition pack - wow, what a car. they are crackin motors & a very good alternative to the scoobs. the paddle shift is soooo fast & blips the revs on going down the gears, sounds lovely

Sex on wheels. You'd never believe that was 10 years old without the plate!

Front plate looks ok, rear looks silly imo. Where did you get your black kidney grille from mate?

I put black side vents on my CB this week and am definitely feeling the stealth look

Yeh i have seen those on ebay, just tryna get a feel for supplier and quality etc

Took mine in today and diagnosed with a broken rear spring.. even the Scooby had the decency to wait a month before needing repairs!!

Plus side they checked the subframe and found no damage and gave it a clean bill of health

You going to buy uprated springs for it and dump her down? Will probably work out cheaper pal?
It would be cheaper but i have access problems for my garage and the height of speedbumps round this way (South London), just gonna go OEM

As an idea my standard Blob STI with splitter needed wooden boards to get to my garage

Did you stick both original plates back on it or just the rear? I think the shorter plates look better, but I file the edges of mine round. Does make a bit of a difference to the look of it, as minor a detail as it does sound!

Looks like a nice example. Not really a fan of aftermarket wheels on these, think the std 19's look best. Just something about changing wheels on an m3 that makes it look like a replica.

I keep having the desire for a nice carbon black one but it'd be even more of a waste than the impreza sitting in the garage for weeks on end.

I bet it's hard work finding a decent example these days.

Nice looking e46 mate, always fancied a M3 but with never really having a RWD car before I thought I would start off with something a bit more tame so I picked up a 330 CI M Sport. BMW's build quality imo is fantastic, its a great daily driver, chews up the motorway and will potter around at 30 all day long. Was looking for an impreza as a daily drive but very glad I made a sudden change of plan. Any how another vote for the CSL wheels

seems a shame to repaint it, Estoril blue is a rare colour for an M3.
